Gloves selection
With the SHIELD Scientific product brand code, select the right gloves is now an easy exercise.
Sterile nitrile cleanroom gloves such as SHIELDskin™ XTREME Sterile White Nitrile 330 DI+ achieve low particulate and endotoxin levels through multiple deionised water washing steps. With <1,200 particles/cm² ≥ 0.5 µm and low endotoxin levels, they support aseptic use in GMP Grade A/B environments, where maintaining sterility is critical.
In GMP Grade A/B workflows, gloves must be disinfected when moving between zones, after handling materials, and before each critical aseptic step. Regular disinfection helps maintain contamination control and supports stable conditions during repeated operations.
Sterile nitrile cleanroom gloves are used in pharmaceutical aseptic processing to limit biocontamination risk during filling, transfer or component handling. These gloves help prevent microbial transfer in GMP Grade A/B environments, where sterility must be maintained.
GMP Grade B environments provide the controlled background for Grade A aseptic operations. These environments rely on GMP Grade A/B gloves to support preparation, material transfer and monitoring, ensuring stable conditions before and during critical handling steps.
Sterile nitrile cleanroom gloves (330 mm) are used in aseptic workflows involving double‑gloving, where both extended coverage and high cleanliness are required. Their performance, assessed under standards such as EN ISO 374, supports consistent barrier protection in GMP Grade A/B environments.
