As part of its ongoing commitment to social and environmental sustainability, SHIELD Scientific is delighted to announce that it has joined SEDEX (Supplier Ethical Data Exchange) by completing successfully a SMETA audit (Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit).

Joining the SEDEX platform involves continuing our efforts for workers safety and conservation of the environment.

This requires responsible sourcing, CSR and Sustainability continuous improvement with data analysis and business insights.

Being Sedex membership complements existing accreditations most notably ISO 9001 (quality management), ISO 13485 (quality management for medical devices) and ISO 14001 (environmental management).
